On June 28th, Tectrans sponsored a reception hosted by Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa at the Getty House. The reception honored the cast and crew of the Tony Award winning Broadway musical “In the Heights.” In attendance were various celebrities, business leaders and representatives from community based organizations. Tectrans, a client of the Molera Alvarez Group, is a transportation service company based in Los Angeles, California that provides transit operations and shuttle service to both private and public entities across our nation.
The Arizona Department of Housing has announced 14 award recipients for the 2010 Low Income Tax Credit Project. Award recipients include WESCAP Investments for the View Point Senior Community in Prescott Valley; the Foundation for Senior Living for the Pineview Manor Apartments in Payson and Flagstaff Senior Meadows; the City of Phoenix for the Frank Luke Addition; NRP Arizona Development for Madison Pointe; and UMOM Family Housing; and Native American Connections for Encanto Pointe.
