Mr. Molera is experienced in residential and commercial real estate, as well as development in both Mexico and the United States. Currently Mr. Molera is master planning 250 acres of Industrial Manufacturing in Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico, along with 750 acres in Nogales, Sonora Mexico, and 128 acres in Nogales, Arizona.

Among his development and real estate accomplishments, Mr. Molera is also working on structuring on 4% Low Income Tax Credit for Nogales, Arizona. The Santa Carolina Apartments is a 4% Tax Credit combined with Tax Exempt Bonds. With Manuel’s background in land development and accounting he has been able to form The Santa Carolina Apartments.
